1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Spell Swap you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Spell Swap. Each person may only hold one account.
3. Listings and Trades
All card listings must accurately describe the card, set, condition, and price. Once you agree to a trade or sale, you are expected to complete it. Meetups should be arranged in safe, public locations — Spell Swap is not responsible for what happens during in-person exchanges.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not list counterfeit cards as genuine, harass other users, attempt to circumvent payments, create multiple accounts, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Spell Swap currently charges no platform fees, though we reserve the right to introduce fees with advance notice. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support if you have a concern.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spell Swap is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, disputes between users, or issues arising from in-person meetups. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Spell Swap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at support@spellswapmtg.com.
